1) How do I place an order? Choose the right products for your furry friend, design your own unique fashions or pick from some of our customer's favorites, and place your order.

2) How are the products made? They are hand-sewn based on each individual's unique needs and desires. Collars and leashes are handmade of quality grosgrain ribbon and backed with durable nylon webbing to ensure longevity. FUNctional and Fashionable, collars feature a sturdy buckle and a strong Nickel leash attachment, while leashes feature triple-stitching and a strong Nickel clip to attach to your collar.

3) Where is Fashion-Hound located? We are located in beautiful Winston Salem, North Carolina, where every product is hand-sewn and expertly crafted to exceed you and your dog's expectations. You can contact us at 380-H Knollwood St, #165, Winston Salem, NC 27103.

4) Are all Fashion-Hound products appropriate for all dogs? Mostly yes, but you may want to avoid charms or other accessories if your dog is likely to chew or be particularly rough on his or her collar and leash. Remember, no Fashion-Hound products are guaranteed against normal trim and material wear, chewing, scratching, or excessive tugging and pulling.

5) Is Fashion-Hound affiliated with a charitable organization? Yes, Fashion-Hound is a proud member of ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and every order helps to support this important cause. You are not only special to Fashion-Hound, the ASPCA and the animals we serve, but crucial to this life-saving mission.

6) Does Fashion-Hound carry reflective leashes or collars? Reflective products are under development. Please send a request if you have specific interest in reflective products for your dog.

7) Does Fashion-Hound carry Martingale collars? Yes, we just started offering Martingale collars in June 2007. Martingale collars are designed specifically for dogs with heads that are smaller than their necks. These collars gently tighten against the dog's neck if they pull, back up or spin. It is typically worn by greyhounds, whippets, italian greyhounds, salukis, borzoi and wolfhounds.

8) Can I buy Fashion-Hound branded products for myself? Yes, trendy Fashion-Hound products such as t-shirts, mugs, and even baby bibs are available in our Fashion-Hound human store.
